// the tilt protocol

You just got BLOCKED. Here's the next 30 minutes.

A BLOCK isn't a verdict on the trade. It's a verdict on the state you're in. The reflex now is to argue with it, to find a reason the rule doesn't apply this time. That reflex is what empties accounts. Don't negotiate. Run the protocol.

The next 30 minutes decide whether today costs you nothing or everything.
1

Close the platform. Now.

Not minimise. Close. The chart is the trigger. While it's on screen, the part of you that wants back in is still in the room. Remove the option and you remove the decision.

⏱ 0:00 · takes 5 seconds

2

Stand up and leave the desk.

Physically move. Water, walk, fresh air, anything that breaks the posture you trade in. The trance lives in the chair. Breaking the body breaks the loop.

⏱ first 5 minutes · away from the screen

3

Write down what you were about to do, and why.

One line: the trade you wanted, and the real reason. "Win it back." "I'm sure it'll bounce." "Just one more." Naming the motive out loud strips its power. You can see it's the reflex talking, not a setup. Log it in your journal.

⏱ 5–10 minutes

4

Wait out the cooldown. Let the urge pass.

The pull to re-enter is a wave, not a wall: it peaks and falls on its own if you don't feed it. You're not using willpower to hold a position; you're just letting time do the work a calm decision already made for you.

⏱ until the 30 minutes are up

5

Return only to run the gates again, not to "make it back."

When you come back, open a fresh ticket and let the gates check your state. If you're clear, you trade your plan. If you're still BLOCKED, the day is done, and a flat day is a win when the alternative was a breach.

⏱ 30:00 · re-run, don't override

The one rule that survives everything: the account you keep today is the one you get to trade tomorrow. A missed move costs you a move. A blown account costs you the game.
