Pre-Trade Enforcement Agent

Eight gates between you and the next bad trade.

EXIT CODE is not a signal service. It is a discipline system that sits between your intent and your execution. Every rule-break is flagged, classified, and logged — you can still override, but you can't pretend you didn't know.

For The Prop Firm Trader

Most accounts don't blow up.
They get one rule away from passing.

87% of FTMO challenges fail. The number-one cause isn't bad strategy — it's a single trade that breached daily drawdown after the trader moved a stop. EXIT CODE is configured to enforce the exact rules of every major prop firm. The system flags the trade before you breach.

PRE-BUILT TEMPLATES
  • FTMO — Challenge / Verification / Funded
  • FundedNext — Stellar / Express
  • Topstep — $50K / $100K / $150K Combine
  • The5ers — Bootcamp / High Stakes
  • FundingPips — Standard / Express
  • FTUK — Pro Trader
  • Apex Trader Funding — Standard + multi-account
  • Custom — any prop firm not listed
HOW IT WORKS

Pick your firm. The 8 gates auto-configure to the firm's exact rules:

  • G2 Risk Sizing → max lot size per firm
  • G3 Stop Loss → required if firm mandates
  • G5 Stop Integrity ⭐ → locks the SL that kills challenges
  • G6 Max Loss ⭐ → daily DD + total DD per firm
  • G7 Winners → profit target progress tracker
  • G8 Circuit Breaker ⭐ → multi-session DD lockout · weekly audit report from Agent 03
One click. Rules locked. No more "I forgot the limit."
Honest disclosure: EXIT CODE is not affiliated with or endorsed by any prop firm listed. Templates are configured to publicly-documented firm rules and maintained quarterly. We enforce the rules — we don't promise the pass.
Why Traders Keep Failing

Your strategy is not the problem.

Every trader who has blown an account knew the rules. They had the system, the journal, the discipline plan. The problem wasn't knowledge — it was execution. Knowing what to do and doing it are different neurological events. No indicator fixes that. EXIT CODE does.

More indicators won't save you.

LuxAlgo tells you where price might go. So does every other signal tool. But you already know the setup — you just don't wait for it. Adding a signal layer to an execution problem doesn't solve the execution problem. It gives you something new to override.

Your journal is a post-mortem.

You're reviewing yesterday's bad trades at the weekend. That's useful data and useless timing. By the time you've identified the pattern, you've already repeated it seventeen more times. A journal tells you what went wrong. It can't stop it happening at 9:31 AM on Tuesday.

Willpower is not a trading edge.

Discipline research is clear: self-regulation is a finite resource. It degrades under fatigue, emotional load, and market stress — exactly when you need it most. "Just be more disciplined" is advice that doesn't work in the conditions that matter. A structural enforcement system does.

Courses transfer knowledge. Not behaviour.

You finished the course. You understand the methodology. You know what Mark Douglas said about the speculative edge. Then you moved your stop on a losing trade anyway. Knowledge and behaviour are separate things. EXIT CODE addresses the behaviour.

The problem isn't that you don't know what you're doing. The problem is that your nervous system doesn't care what you know when the candle closes against you. That's not a character flaw. It's biology. And biology needs a structural solution — not more willpower.

The Enforcement Sequence

Three agents. Before, during, after.

EXIT CODE doesn't give signals. It runs a pre-trade gate check, monitors your position while you're in, and produces a weekly verdict on your plan adherence.

01 · INTERROGATOR · PRE-TRADE

Before the trade

Four pre-trade gates run before you can clear an entry: Technical Setup (your own methodology), Risk Sizing (max 1–2%, min 2:1), Stop Loss Defined (at structure, $ acceptable), and Emotional State (cooldown after loss, revenge detection). Any gate fails — you stand aside.

02 · MONITOR · IN-TRADE

During the trade

Three in-trade gates run while you're in: Stop Loss Integrity — Hougaard's cardinal rule, stops only move closer to price, never further. Max Loss Enforcement — daily and per-trade thresholds. Winner Management — prevents the cut-winners reflex. Every override is classified at the moment of decision.

03 · REVIEWER · POST-TRADE

Across sessions

Gate 8 — Circuit Breaker. Multi-session drawdown lockout. After a defined R-floor across recent sessions, trading is suspended for a mandatory cooldown. The structural answer to "what stops me trading tomorrow when I am still tilted from today?" Backed by Agent 03's weekly Accountability Audit — the report that surfaces what the gates blocked, what you overrode, and where your discipline broke.

Gate 5 · The Headline Feature

The feature that pays for itself on the first trade you don't blow up.

Stop Loss Integrity. Once your stop is set, EXIT CODE logs every attempt to widen it. Every drift is timestamped. Every drift is counted. You cannot unconsciously move your stop further away — the system makes every drift a deliberate, visible decision.

This is the single most common account-killer in retail trading. Tom Hougaard wrote a whole book about it (Best Loser Wins): the difference between traders who survive and traders who blow up isn't picking better trades. It's losing smaller. No other tool addresses this.

WITHOUT EXIT CODE

Trade goes against you. You move the stop "just a bit further." Then a bit further. Then it hits at -3R instead of -1R. One trade undoes a month of work. You don't even remember the moment you decided to widen it.

WITH GATE 5

You move the stop. The full panel turns red. STOP DRIFT FLAGGED. The agent forces you to classify the override: Fear, Greed, Impatience, Revenge. The drift is logged with timestamp and amount. Every Sunday review surfaces the pattern.

Honest disclosure: Pine Script cannot intercept a broker order. Gate 5 creates the loudest possible friction — full-screen overlay, mandatory classification, audit log — but you can still override. Most traders find that making the violation visible is enough to stop it. Phase 2 (browser extension) will add true click-block enforcement.
Inside the System

Eight gates. One verdict.

The full Pro Agent runs all eight gates across three distinct enforcement stages. Each agent has a specific job. Together they form a closed loop.

AGENT 01 · INTERROGATORPRE-TRADE

Four pre-trade gates

  • G1 — Technical Setup. Your own methodology, configured. Setup is valid or it isn't.
  • G2 — Risk Sizing. Max 1–2% per trade. Min 2:1 R:R. Position size locked.
  • G3 — Stop Loss Defined. Stop sits at structure. Max $ loss declared and accepted.
  • G4 — Emotional State. Cooldown enforced after a loss. Revenge-trade window detected and gated.
AGENT 02 · MONITORIN-TRADE

Three in-trade gates

  • G5 — Stop Loss Integrity. ⭐ Stops are a one-way street. Move closer to price, never further. Every drift attempt logged.
  • G6 — Max Loss Enforcement. Per-trade and daily loss thresholds. Breach fires the override classifier.
  • G7 — Winner Management. Prevent the cut-winners reflex. Premature-exit attempts are flagged before execution.
  • Override attempts categorised: Fear / Greed / Impatience / Revenge — at the moment of decision.
  • Position state feeds the weekly Reviewer verdict.
AGENT 03 · REVIEWERPOST-TRADE

Gate 8 — the lockout, and the report behind it

  • G8 — Circuit Breaker. Multi-session drawdown lockout. Hard stop after the cumulative R floor is reached.
  • Mandatory cooldown period — backed by the published 5-step retreat protocol (physical removal, statement review, system re-test, mindset reset)
  • Lockout state is structural, not a suggestion — Phase 2 web companion enforces at the access layer
  • Backed by Agent 03's Weekly Accountability Audit: on-plan vs off-plan win rate, stop-drift attempts surfaced, overrides by category, dominant failure pattern named
  • The Circuit Breaker stops you trading. The Audit tells you why it had to.

Why This Exists

Not a guru. Just the research.

I'm not going to show you a brokerage statement. I'm not going to tell you I left a job, or that I made a specific amount in a specific year. I don't have a yacht and I'm not selling one.

I built EXIT CODE because I lost enough trading to take the psychology seriously. Not seriously in the "I read Mark Douglas" way — though I read Mark Douglas. Seriously in the way where you sit with the data and realise that every loss you can't explain technically was an execution failure, not a strategy failure.

Then I read Tom Hougaard's Best Loser Wins and the thesis clicked. The difference between traders who survive and traders who blow up isn't picking better trades. It's losing smaller. The killer move is the widened stop. The slow drift. The one trade that destroys a month of work because you couldn't accept being wrong by 1R, so you let it run to 3R.

The strategy isn't the problem. The executor is. The solution isn't motivation or journaling or accountability partners. It's structural enforcement at the moment of the decision — before the trade clears, not after it closes. Especially the stop.

EXIT CODE is what I built for myself. The agent that stops me taking the trade I'll regret — and stops me widening the stop on the trade I'm already in. It turns out other traders have the same problem. That it helps them is the bonus.

Direct Answers

FAQ.

Does this work with FTMO / Topstep / [my prop firm]?

Yes. Pro Agent ships with pre-built rule templates for FTMO, FundedNext, Topstep, The5ers, FundingPips, FTUK, and Apex Trader Funding. Pick your firm + account size, and the gates auto-configure to that firm's exact daily drawdown, max drawdown, profit target, and minimum-days requirements. For any firm not in the list, use the "Custom" template and enter the rules manually. Templates are maintained quarterly against the firms' published rules. EXIT CODE is not affiliated with or endorsed by any prop firm — we just enforce their rules.

Does this actually block my trades?

The Lite indicator shows BLOCK status when gates fail — it's a friction layer, not a hard lock on the broker. With Pro Agent, every override (especially G5 Stop Loss Integrity violations) requires you to classify the bypass — Fear, Greed, Impatience, or Revenge — before the system records you proceeding. The friction is the discipline. Whether you act on it remains your choice, but the override is timestamped and surfaced in Agent 03's weekly Accountability Audit. G8 Circuit Breaker is the structural exception — once cumulative drawdown breaches the threshold, the lockout is enforced (Phase 2 web companion holds it at the access layer).

Why is the founder anonymous?

Because the trading education market is built on authority from performance claims — brokerage statements, profit screenshots, lifestyle branding. EXIT CODE rejects that frame. The methodology is grounded in published research, not in one person's track record.

Do I need a specific broker?

No. EXIT CODE runs inside TradingView as a Pine Script indicator. It does not connect to your broker, does not execute trades, and has no access to your account.

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

Your TradingView invite-only script access is revoked within 24 hours of cancellation. Your journal data in the companion interface remains accessible for 30 days post-cancellation. You can resubscribe at any time.

Is this financial advice?

No. EXIT CODE is a pre-trade discipline tool. It enforces a gate methodology you define. It does not tell you what to trade, which direction, or when the market will move. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. All trading involves risk of loss.

Will this make me profitable?

That is not a claim we make and not one you should believe from anyone. EXIT CODE improves plan adherence — it closes the gap between your strategy's theoretical edge and your actual execution. Whether your underlying strategy has an edge is a separate question this tool cannot answer for you.

What is the refund policy?

Lite is the free trial. Use it on real charts for as long as you need before upgrading. Once you purchase paid access, you have evaluated the system.

Pro Agent: cancel any time, access ends end-of-cycle, no partial-month refunds.

Pro Bundle: no refunds once TV access is granted, any course content is accessed, any cohort session attended, or any DM sent to Operator Zero. Full refund within 48 hours if none of the above. Full policy →
